Congratulations to Vera & Tim, married on April 30th, 2010 in Costa Mesa, California!
Vera {my oh-so-creative DIY client} was so kind to share lots of the little details from her wedding day, along with a video slideshow! Below are a few snip-its, along with her own notes & links on where to find these creative vendors! I’m sure she hopes that this will help you start your wedding-planning-brainstorming-engines! 😉

I wanted to thank you so much for all of the wonderful designs you cooked up for our wedding.
The day was absolutely beautiful and I’d do it all over again if I could!

> My reception dress (from David’s Bridal)! I couldn’t dance in that big ball gown so I figured I better have a more comfortable alternative. Saw it online, went to the store over my lunch break, tried it on and walked out with it in under 15 mins. There were 3 brides there trying on dresses and they all looked at me like “How did she just do that?”
> This is the wedding gift I gave to Tim. I had a portrait painted of his (our) dog Suzie Q. Painted by fellow Etsian: sharonlamb
> and Tim’s wedding surprise for me… his cousin is the high school mascot, Buzz The Yellowjacket. On our first date, Tim was stung by a bee so we now have this great love of everything bee’s. Of course he came out dancing to Imma Be by the Black Eyed Peas. So classic.
