VIDA Announcement [Gift Card]

Recently I’ve spent time creating wearable art with VIDA (a company committed to creating clothing in a socially conscious way) and would like to share my most popular designs with you. *see above my SF Stone Tile sleeveless top …now modeled on their main page!   All the items I’ve designed are shoppable, and can be found on my personal collection page. I would love to share a gift card for 15% off my collection with you.

Your purchase not only supports my personal collection of hand-designed products but makes a global impact. VIDA is passionate about helping to drive social change for artists and makers. Their company offers literacy and empowerment programs for their factory workers so they can build a better life for generations to come.

[stationery design] watercolor collaboration

Watercolor painting invites mountains

Inspiration comes when you least expect it… especially while lounging on a Lake Tahoe beach. This time it brought on a collaboration with Marissa Marquez of Colormonger … check out these watercolor images she painted while relaxing and enjoying the view!

Two watercolor paintings paired with custom typography = unique wedding invitations! [paintings by Marissa Marquez]
Quickly after seeing her amazing artwork, my mind started dreaming of typography along with paper & envelopes to match. I ended up designing a save the date and a wedding invitation (an rsvp card is also available if needed). I’m so excited about this new addition to my portfolio and hope we can work together in the near future…!

Etsy Shop > you can choose from the diy digital design (if you can print yourself) or the print listing (if you need me to print, provide envelopes & ship to you).

[up-cycle] paper source calendars

It’s back! the 2013 Paper Source Wall Art Calendar! I’ve created so many folders, note cards, boxes, etc. from the previous two years & I shall not break the tradition 😉

Paper Source Calendar 2013

up-cycle calendar

Oh boy… I’m so excited about this Paper Source 2011 Calendar … It’s a crafty gals dream gift, well at least mine! Different templates {note cards, file folders, etc.} are drawn on the back of each page, ready to be cut out so you can reuse the cool paper patterns. Of course I need to get through an actual month before I can up-cycle each page… honestly, I’m not sure I’ll be able to make it! 😉  Read the description below for more info.

Paper Source 2011 calendar

A creative tribute to 2011, our Wall Art Calendar is inspired design at its best! 12 exclusive Paper Source designs make this monthly calendar a distinctive and elegant addition to any wall. Perfectly practical and pleasing all at once, at the end of the month you won’t want to throw it out, and you shouldn’t! On the back of each beautiful page are templates to cut and fold creating wonderful pillow boxes, file folders, note cards, and square boxes. 100% recycled with 30% post-consumer waste and completely reusable, this calendar is about as earth friendly as you can get, and so lovely too!

Custom bridal handbags

Of course I love all things handmade & custom, especially Becky Oh!’s fabulous custom handbags. And guess what, she has a bridal line too!

First chose a style, then chose the fabric to match either the bridesmaids dresses or flowers. Once you approve all details you’re good to go! What a great accessory to add to the wedding day decor, and an awesome bridesmaids gift… make sure to include a clutch for yourself too!

I’m so glad I found zazzle {where anyone can create & customize their own one-of-a-kind product online}. Of course I had to build my own little papercake* zazzle store. I love getting an email when someone buys one of my products…I really wish I could see the final result of each after they personalize it though, but that’s ok, I’ll survive. 😉

invitations, save the date, postage
I also love when new zazzle friends contact me about changing the colors of the peacock feather illustration, or to add new products that match their invite, save-the-date, RSVP postcards, custom postage & return address labels, etc. Now I just need to set aside some more time to add more fun designs!
