FAQ
-
Do you offer any DIY assistance? I would love the creative help… & to save a few dollars!Yes, most definitley! Check out the ‘Do-It-Yourself’ section at the etsy shop.
-
Is there a minimum or maximum quantity I can order? You can order any quantity you need, but no less than 25. If your event is small, choose my Digital DIY package and print at home or at a local printer. Remember, for invitations it’s usually recommended to order 5-10% more than you think you need, just in case. Also, count your guest addresses, not per person.
-
What printing techniques do you offer? All prices include four-color offset (flat) printing. We also offer FOIL printing… check out the Etsy Foil Wedding Invitation listing for more info. Or, you can order a diy digital design listing and print anywhere that offers thermography or letterpress printing (we’ll provide you with the hi-res PDF ready for print)!
-
Can I view an actual sample before I start an order? You can purchase a pre-printed sample at our Etsy shop or request a specific sample from the Portfolio Section. We can send a few paper color swatches to choose from based on your theme. When ready to start on YOUR personalized design, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required, which will be applied to your final order. You'll receive YOUR printed sample for approval as part of your order once we get started on the design & production process!
-
Will you print my return address on my envelopes? And, can I get the guest addresses printed, too?"As part of most invite packages, your reply address will be printed on the front of your RSVP response envelopes (or on the back of your Rsvp Postcard). For the outer envelopes, we can either print on the back flap of your envelopes … OR check out the ‘all-in-one’ guest/return address label wraps to match your custom design. *we don't currently offer variable printing directly on the front of the outer envelopes but can reccommend some online printers.
-
How much will it cost to mail my invitation suite?Postage varies depending on invitation weight & size [plus square shapes cost more to mail]. You should weigh the final assembled invitation at your local post office before buying stamps. Check out our blog post on mailing tips! *you can also save on paper & weight costs by requesting an RSVP postcard instead of a response card and envelope {it’s eco-friendly too}.

I would love to add a Wedding Map to my invitations, how does this work? And can I print them myself?"A custom designed wedding map is such a fun addition! We can start the map design process after the map Etsy listing is purchased. Once your map is designed & approved, we will send a hi-res digital PDF/or Jpg file ready for you to print on your own card stock or at a local printer. (Note: if needed, a map design will be included when you purchase an invitation print order with papercake).
