While searching for a past clients wedding day photos, I came across these stunning images …thank you social media! Congrats to Andie & Augie, married on September 10, 2016 at Kohl Mansion in Burlingame, California. [photography by Mémoire Studio].
We customized my square, booklet-style pocket folder invitation suite by incorporating their navy, blush & beige theme colors. For the reception stationery, we picked up all the design details from the invites onto the menus, seating cards, and program fans (Andie tied her own ribbon embellishment onto the fan sticks)! I also love that we added the gold-glitter card stock to the escort tent cards & menus, a very glamorous touch.
When I met with Michelle, I was so excited to utilize her fun color palette when designing her custom invitations into a unique, art deco styled suite. I also created a ‘Great Gatsby’ themed monogram to use throughout their stationery (see matchbook & cuff links too!). Everything really came together beautifully by combining the stunning bouquets [by Fantasy Flowers] with the wedding day coordination [A Savvy Event]. I had to find time to showcase just a few of my favorite photos for your planning inspiration! 😉
What else can you do with your custom designed digital monogram once it’s created? Make notebooks, of course. Really cute notebooks. Maybe for all the members of your wedding party, or everyone who survived your bachelorette?
With a minimum order of 10, you’ll have enough of these darling custom journals from May Designs for at least those occasions. Or go big, and give them to the whole dang guest list (just budget accordingly, as they’re $10 each for 200). They’re totally custom, so you pick your pattern and inside pages, in addition to exploiting that excellent custom wedding logo one more time!
PS We also love their photo books, set up to connect right to Instagram to pull in everyone’s images from your special day. #ourwedding, anyone?
It seems like yesterday when we started the custom design process on their wedding invitation suite. We first created a ‘Paris skyline’ illustration [where he proposed!] on their personalized monogram & all-in-one guest/return address label wraps. Combined with stylish typography and swirl graphics we incorporated a color palette with hues of blush & taupe [enclosure cards printed on a pale pink/coral metallic paper]. I just love how the whole wedding day follows this romantic color theme so perfectly!
Congrats to Amanda & Brian, married October 1st, 2011 at Sebastiani Winery in Sonoma, California!
I’m so glad amanda found papercake! We first designed their save the date eat, drink & be married, then carried on the color & typography theme throughout their invitation suite.

>> I provided all the reception stationery to match & I love how they slid the escort cards into each wine cork (they added a slit in all the corks plus flattened out one side so they wouldn’t roll).
A note from the bride: “We went to the winery and asked for about 100 corks. Most wineries are more than happy to provide the corks for free because it’s FREE advertising for them!”
